Bloomin' Tuesday!

Here are some more pictures that I took last Wednesday on my day off. I showed all of the pink flowers HERE.

I was amazed how big this Dogwood was. I didn't think they got that big.

A close up of the Dogwood.

I'm not sure what kind of tree or bush this is, but I thought it was very interesting.

When I got close it looked like little bells hanging all over it.

A very large rhododendron.
The buds are very pink.

One more close up.

Laurie, Love the "white" pictures! I seem to steer away from white for some reason. I also have never looked closely at a rhododendron. Beautiful! Thanks for posting for Bloomin' Tuesday! Mom

Oh, these pictures are beautiful. The dogwoods take my breath away! And the close up of the rhododendron is so beautiful.

What beautiful trees and shrubs! Everything is so green--you must be at the peak of spring in New York!

Beautiful photos. The close up of the dogwood is great of the white tinged flowers.

I think the bush with the bells is a pieris japonica.....but I'm not sure. I've never seen one that big!

Beautiful pictures! My mother loved rhododendrons. I've never seen a dogwood that big either. Happy Tuesday!

Such pretty photos! I wish I knew all the names of the varities of things we have growing around me - but I was raised in the desert, so I can pretty much name all the cacti!
