Our sunflowers that the birds planted for us have started blooming. I am obsessed with them.I just love the bright color.
The insides of them amaze me. I love nature's design.
This is a side view of the picture below. I'm not sure why it has all the little black point's coming out of it.
There are many more buds on this stalk. More flowers to come.

I love sunflowers, their faces are so cheery! Never had any luck trying to grow them, darn squirrels. ;)
