When we planted these Sedum in the new garden we had no idea how fast they would grow. They have almost doubled in size in the past 2 months.
We have had Sedum in other gardens but didn't remember any of them growing like these.
Some of the clusters of flowers are 6-8" across.
We love the colors and detail of the tiny flowers.
We can't wait to see what they do next year when the have the whole season to grow.

They just love being in your new garden!! hehe They certainly are beautiful and have really bloomed well! My sedums have tiny little purple flowers on them. xox

I'm glad you're enjoying your sedums, as you know I'm a big fan of this plant group. What hybrid is yours? It looks similar to Sedum 'neon'.
Your sedum looks lovely and it's feeling very happy in your garden to have grown so much in such a short time. Do you know that you can cut the flowers and put them in a vase? They last for at least 3 weeks, which is very good. I like to use the flowers in mixed bouquets, the sedum provides structure in an otherwise lose arrangement.
My sedum seeds itself so now I have many new plants. Great, isn't it?
I love the darker pink somewhat variegated sedum very, very pretty...you know I review it and I think maybe the flash washed out the details in the sedum I thought was pastel and that these are all the same variety.
Beautiful sedum. Have you been watering that garden more than when you had the sedum before?
I noticed that the sedum I planted in barrels on my deck is three times a large as the zillions I have planted in the ground. It must be because I water the deck containers every day.
While sedums don't need much water to survive, I have noticed that they grow better if they get an ample supply.
