The pictures were taken at this great pond at Sinn's Nursery. I couldn't get a close up of the water lilies but aren't they pretty anyway?
We aren't sure what this guy is doing. It looked like it was doing a head stand. If you didn't notice, this is our profile picture.

I love the beautiful blue color. You may have noticed from some of my pictures that ours are orange. We had about 10 over our pond the other day. Just beautiful!

I really don't like bugs of any kind but you make the dragonflies look almost pretty! lol I'm always in awe of the pictures you guys take!! I'm so sorry for not letting you know that I was going to be in NF this past weekend...it was a last minute decision since we had to cancel the weekend before! Love that beautiful blue dragonfly...
The dragonflies are cool - I love the blue. Sometimes when I'm in the lake, they'll come and land on my arm or shoulder - they all seem to have beautiful color. Lilypad blooms are so cool. Great photos.
They always remind me of helicopters. I wonder if the helicopter inventor looked at a dragonfly for inspiration :)
