Mmm Mmm Mmm!

We have had some people ask why we haven't had any posts about food lately. So we thought we would post our dinner tonight.
We had one of our favorite sandwich meals today. We copied the recipe from a restaurant in the Adirondacks.
(thanks Lisa G.)
Homemade french fries......

Deep fried twice.

Grilled chicken breasts with Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and garlic mayo on a sub roll.
Garlic Mayo: mix 1 cup of mayo & 1 large clove of grated garlic. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

They aren't quite as good as the original, but they are still very delicious.

I'd blog my dinner, but no one would think it was yummy because we're vegetarian! :) Not that vegetarian food isn't scrumptious, but that a lot of people who eat meat find it hard to imagine a meal without meat.
