Because of our kitchen remodel, we have been grillin' a lot of our dinners. Here is one of our favorites.
Potato's and onions (with butter, salt and pepper) in a tinfoil pouch cooked on the grill. I have ate these for years. We used to make them when we went to camp. They have such a great flavor.
Steak on the grill! YUMMY!!

We also made shrimp scampi. Our grill has a burner on the side. I don't think we used it at all last year, but we are glad we have it this year.
We grill all year round, but we do it more often in the spring and summer.

Hey, I make my potatoes on the grill the exact same way:-) That's what we had tonight for dinner too, steak and potatoes! I also grilled carrots in tin foil with lots of butter..yummm! The shrimp scampi looks so good too! I think my very favourite meal on the grill is chicken with lots of honey garlic sauce!!! xox
I have got to learn how to do this on our grill! Yummy is the correct word! We have cooked potatoes and other things on a campfire.
We like to do a mixed grill (for a crowd), sausages, steak, and chicken. That way there's something for everyone. If it's just us, we love to do a tri tip roast on the grill.

While we remodeled, I lived on microwave popcorn and potpies! Wow, how do you do all the cooking and cleanup with a kitchen ripped apart?????
We love to grill all year round too! I guess our favorites are Zewkinie,onions, peppers and tomatoes all grilled together in foil with butter and garlic. That and good ol' babacued ribs and chicken!
