Jimmie won the race today!!!After the bad start he had at Daytona, he is doing a lot better.
We tried a new recipe this weekend.Chicken Enchiladas with Tomatillo Cream Sauce
It is a Paula Deen recipe. It can be found in her May-June 2006 cooking with Paula Deen magazine. It tastes as good as it looks.
We also had homemade Guacamole.Hope everyone had a great weekend.

That food looks great!! I like Paula Deen but have not had a lot of success with her baking recipes such as cakes and the like...so I've given up making her recipes...but this really looks good!!
