After leaving Buttermilk Falls I notice a sign that said "Horseshoe Lake". I told Chris we should turn and see what is down there. We are glad we did. We drove over this bridge to a parking area.
This is what we saw as soon as we got out of our car.
We walked along the rocks to get closer to the small falls.

After getting some pictures, we went up to the bridge to see what it looked like from there. Breath taking I must say.

Laurie and Chris, you have found a glorious spot! Such great fall scenery and with running water added. How wonderful. I would imagine this area will be pretty at any time of the year. Thanks for sharing.
Sometimes those hunches pay off big - I would be back there next time too...
Laurie...I LOVE your hunting theme! Farmboy is out this weekend, in northern Michigan, hunting "the big one"!! Opening day is like Christmas morning to him!
Your photos are incredible. Postcard perfect!
Thanks for stopping by.

Wow, these are absolutely gorgeous! I'm not bored with your vacation pictures at all. Can't wait to see more. Right now they're taking me away from the horrible fires going on down this way that are all over the news.
