Chris and I went to LOWE'S on Friday night to pick up some odds and ends we needed for the kitchen. When we were getting ready to go I said "wait, I want to grab the camera just in case." Look at what was on the side of the road that I had Chris pull over for.
Taking these pictures brought back many memories for me. There were always bouquets of these flowers at camp.
Where innocent bright-eyed daisies are,With blades of grass between,
Each daisy stands up like a star
Out of a sky of green.

P.S. Your kitchen is looking great - love the wall color and the cabinets look really nice. (I hit "publish" too fast, I think - I always think of something more to say after I do it!!)
I also remember my mom always having a vase full of daisies at our camp...we kids use to love picking them for her:-) I've always loved daisies and in fact, just bought 3 different types of daisies to plant in my flowerbeds! xox
