Chicken Wing Pizza!

I made pizza dough in the bread maker today.
We had pizza on the grill again :-)
I cooked 2 chicken breasts in olive oil, chili powder and paprika. After they were done, I chopped them into small pieces and tossed them in melted butter and Franks Red Hot Sauce.

We put the chicken on the pre-cooked crust, added the cheese and cooked it for about 10 more minutes on the grill.

This is the finished pizza. We dip it in blue cheese dressing. YUM-O! We really enjoy the taste of pizza on the grill. Click HERE to see one of our other pizza's that we have grilled. If anyone give this a try, let us know if you like it.

We are very sorry that we haven't been to visit very many of you lately. Laurie had to work all week-end. She will be off Wednesday and Thursday and will hopefully get caught up. I worked on the kitchen this week-end since my wife wasn't home. I hope everyone had a nice Mothers' Day.

Sounds like you like it spicy there!! We're going to try this - love spicy chicken and bleu cheese - so thinking this could be really good. Let you know. (We may have to tone it down a little - we have a few years on you guys!)
