A Sea of Crocus!

You know spring is here when you drive by this house.
When spring arrived, Gram ( Super Lou ) would call me up and say "Laurie Ann, will you take me for a ride past the house that has all the Crocus in the front yard?"

There are so many flowers. It is so pretty. Gram would say "pull over so I can get a closer look."

Well today when I got home from work I told Chris I was going for a drive. He said he would take me. As you can see, he pulled over so I could get a closer look. If you click on the photos they will get bigger for you to get a closer look.

How many years have they been there?

A sea of crocus is a good description. Now that's what they mean by naturalizing them in your lawn! I tried it on a small scale once but unfortunately planted yellow crocus and they looked like early dandelions!
