My mother ~ in ~ law made these last year as an appetizer for Christmas dinner.
Chris loves them and they don't take much time.
First you take large "Grand" biscuits (the ones that have layers) and pull the layers apart. You get 3 tarts out of one biscuit. Put them in a greased mini muffin tin.
Then mix 1 can of chopped Artichoke hearts, 1 cup of mayo,1 cup of Parmesano Regiano, 1 clove of garlic, and pepper.
Place the mixture into the tarts. You are ready for the oven. Bake these at
375 for 10-15 min. until brown.
Now you are ready to serve.
