For the last four years, Chris and I have made homemade salsa. We think we have it down now. Some years it seems like it takes forever. This year wasn't bad at all. We enjoy doing it. We got 68 Jars of salsa 43 Half Pints and 24 Pints. We only made three different kinds this year. Garlic (My Favorite), Mild and HOT (Chris's Favorite). Our family seems to enjoy the salsa also.
