Our niece Alexis couldn't wait to get in the pool.We were invited to our niece Stephanie and nephew Nate's house for a 4th of July picnic.
About 20 people showed up to enjoy lots of food, games, swimming, a bonfire, sparklers, s'mores and family.

Chris and I brought our Hillbilly Horseshoe game with us. It was a big hit since nobody there had ever played before.
Everyone kept saying that it was harder than it looked, but they sure had fun.

After a lot of game playing, it was back in the pool to cool off.
We started a fire a little bit before dusk and got ready to make some s'mores.
Just dark enough for sparklers. Even the big kids enjoyed doing them.
Everyone had a great time even though it was so warm out.Thanks for a fun and relaxing day Steph and Nate :)

It looks like everyone had a good time. I've seen hillbilly horseshoes at my brother's camp, but I have never played the game. It looks like fun.
